This premier condominium building built in Tacoma, Washington hosts a striking view to both downtown Tacoma and Commencement Bay. Features of the interior include spacious units all with view, natural lighting, and individual decks. The building also hosts a workout center and spa. This building is comprised of structural steel with post-tensioned slabs, light gauge framing, and steel sheer walls. The exterior includes masonry cladding with EFIS system.
Jody Miller Construction worked with the owner in a team design – build approach. This allowed us to use a new ISSI system to speed of the pace of construction and limit the impact to the communities. The ISSI system was installed via tower crane with the windows, waterproofing, and sheathing already preinstalled.
