We are seeking a Construction Estimator to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Solicit bid packages
• Review scopes from subcontractors
• Attend prebid walks
• Create estimates
• Accurate quantity takeoffs
• Takeoff of self performed scope of work
• Estimate change orders for existing projects

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience as a commercial estimator
• Ability to listen and follow directions
• Proficient in standard estimating software
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Strong math and verbal skills
• Ability to meet critical deadlines
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
