This is an entry level position and pay will range from $16-$17 per hour. Hours at the office are 8:00 - 4:30 M-F.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Answers phone calls, e-mails, and faxes
Maintains office in professional manner
Maintains office files- electronic and hard copy
Opens and distributes mail, UPS/FedEx
Daily visits to the post office
Maintains office supplies
Maintain office equipment and operations
Coordinates janitorial services
Responds to clients as directed
Assists others as directed
